Celebrities have taken to social media to mourn the passing of "Star Trek" actor Leonard Nimoy. Nimoy, who played Spock in the original "Star Trek" TV series in the mid 1960s (1966–69), died at the age of 83 after a battle with end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
