Lisa Rinna is not a plastic surgeon expert but she is absolutely no stranger to plastic surgery as she has undergone several procedures to improve her appearance.
According to Rinna, 51, it's "takes one to know one" type of situation. In an interview with Andy Cohen's tribute to himself, the soap actress turned "Real Housewife of Beverly Hills" revealed that she considers Kylie Jenner has gotten lip implants.
Lisa, however, is more popular for her lips than her acting career, calling herself "Hollywood's reigning lip expert." When asked if she believed that Kylie Jenner had undergone lip augmentation on an episode in January, Rinna nodded her head yes, noting: "That's my feeling. I could be absolutely wrong, but I think so."
The actress, who underwent collagen lip injections and lip reconstructive surgery, admitted plastic surgery made her career.
Rinna is not shy about admitting her plastic surgeries. In addition to her trademark lips, she has also gotten reconstructive lip surgery, boob job and botox injections.
Despite needing reconstructive surgery on her lips, the former "Melrose Place" star is not regretting her previous operation, explaining: "I would do it again. I never had a career before I had the lips."
It has to be mentioned that Kylie has dismissed the lip augmentation rumor, saying that her big lips are the result of makeup application and even shares makeup free selfies to prove it. Kylie's lips, though, appear large and she likely enhances her small lip augmentation further with makeup in order to make her allegations true.
Rinna is not the only one who commented about Kylie's larger than life lips.
"That is not just lipstick," plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer revealed to Hollywood Life, noting: "Her lips look three times as wide as they did in the "before" pictures.
Plastic surgeon expert Dr. Yoel Shahar also thinks that Kylie has had lip implants and further says that the reality star may have also had botox injections or even a browlift.
What do you think? Did Kylie Jenner have a lip augmentation?
